Ingalls Shipbuilding is building the entire San Antonio class of ships, the newest addition to the Navy’s 21st century amphibious assault force. LPDs 17 to 27 have been delivered to the U.S. Navy. Ingalls currently has two San Antonio -class ships under construction.
